Welcome to mint's depression corner. Enjoy your stay?
If you came here looking for cool pictures, you're wrong.
Since I am a generally happy (and unable to spell) type person, depression is not macabre pictures, its lacking beauty that cannot be expressed.
On to the show:
"And by a sleep to say we end the heartache and the thousand natural shocks that flesh is heir to."
Butterfly wings ripped off in small pieces to replace a blind man's eyes - he can only see pain
When the question of "What next?" becomes "What now?" it's a lot harder not to answer.
This past week I've made attempt after futile attempt to craft the perfect solution, to find comfort in new words, pride in my creation, and perhaps to write a new world, a new life, for myself.
A knight so old, made a move so bold
he should have made it long ago.
To re-tape an old ripped paper doll who didn't want to know the truth
of the extent of damage to her dated clothes
she wanted just to stand and pose
ignoring the repeated proof
That she became his fantasy
never truly ment to be a part
together never bothering to see
through her veil, a mask of me,
pretending not to want to greive.
And promises to paper dolls leave papercuts in paper worlds,
Time lost for a needy girl.
Completions gave the go ahead,
then all of a sudden the light turned red.
Witnessing this terror act,
must relocate and not look back..
but there's no where else I truly want to go.
A paper doll can't say "I told you so".
"I'll settle for a cup of coffee but you know what I really need.."
Light shines through heavy wings,
Overcrowded hearts and underwatered trees.
Vile looks replace a once soft touch,
Eager to understand the unexplainable.
Summary (disintegration?): Once there was a thought. - A thought became a glance, a glance became a word, a word became a touch, a touch became a world.
Once there was a world. - A world became a touch, a touch became a word, a word became a glance, a glance became a thought, a thought became a world.
Oh my child say you not that comes between us.
Oh my child scream you not for what comes next.
Oh my child don't stay silent, I'll have your words for good s'port. You need not know what comes of trust, just stay calm because you must.
