Story 1!
Well, I was lucky enough to get a chance to meet the BEAUTIFUL
Backstreet Boys and here's my story.......
Alright, here's how it goes.I got to the secret place at 11 and all of
the bodyguards and
security guards were there. they let me in cause I had the fan club
stuff
to prove it. I was, like, the only one there by then. I went
upstairs and I saw the place that they were going to hold their press
conference
and the place where I was going to meet them. Then, these bodyguards
told me that I had to wait downstairs for my passes. I got em and I
went up. We ended up waiting in this room for, like, 3 hours till we
got to
go in and meet the boys. We also got to watch their press conference
from outside the doors and I got a picture of it. After, I went in to
meet em!! I saw Nick first. He was hitting Howie with a rolled up
magazine. Then, he came up and talked to me!! He said "How are you?"
and I
was, like, "fine". He then asked if there was anything that I wanted
signed. I gave him my book and he signed it. Then, I gave him my
present(gold charm) and he was showing it off to everyone. He was,
like, "Look
at this, have you seen this yet?". Then, he came up to me and he said
"Thank you so much. This is amazing" then he gave me a hug and TWO
kisses!!! I was, like, oh my god.(I didn't actually say that)
Then, Kevin came and I gave him my friend Kim's present. I got
autographs and he was really sweet and gave me a hug. Then, he told me
to tell
Kim thank-you-but he had a chance to thank her himself later! Then,
Brian came and I gave him his key chain. I told him that it was
engraved so he was trying to show Kevin that it was
engraved and he was, like "Kev, come here, look at this!" Kevin came
and he
said "cool!". Then, Howie came and I gave him my key chain. He opened
it and said "That's really nice. Thanks!". Then, he gave me a hug.
Then, I told him that it was engraved and he looked and saw that it said
"Sweet D." on the back, so he was, like "Cool". Then, A.J. came
and I gave him my gift and he said "Come here." So, I went up to him
and
he gave me a hug and TWO kisses, too! He also put on his bracelet!
Then, I gave them all of their letters and they said thanks. Then,
Brian
came back and signed my book and he asked if there was anything else to
sign and I gave him my friend, Kim's book. Then, as he was about to
sign, the stupid bodyguard came and said only one signature per person.
Then, Brian said "Awwwwww(you know, like too bad), but she gave me
something
really nice" so he signed the book. Anyway, I guess that's about
all of my experience with meeting the Boys. Well, it was over. I went
outside where Kim and the rest of the fans were waiting and I told Kim
what happened and that Kevin had said thank-you and stuff. Well, a
couple of minutes later, Kevin and the rest of the BSB came out of the
press building and as Kevin was walking by, I started screaming ""KEVIN,
THIS IS KIM! KEVIN, THIS IS KIM!". When we caught his attention, he
came over to Kim, held her hand, then he finally realized that Kim was
the one who had given him the ring and he said "Ohh, Kim! Thanks a lot
for the ring, eh?", then the stupid security guards pushed him away and
he left. The concert is a WHOLE other
experience. We were right in the front row, right up against the
fence before the stage. I had this big sparkly, glow-in-the-dark poster
that said Nick on it. I was holding it up and the guy from their
band(who plays the drums) came and took from me onto the stage. On the
stage, Nick was playing the drums and the guy put my poster above Nick's
head and started shaking it and the whole Corel Center(where the concert
was) started screaming and Nick looked at the poster and picked it up
and then, he gave it back to the band guy who gave it back to me.
Later during the show, I had this rose that I had bought earlier and I
was holding it out the whole concert and finally Nick took it and I
blew him a kiss and he blew one back to me and pointed! He didn't take
a
rose from anybody else and there was, like, a lot of people with them.
Also, Kevin took Kim's rose and then, he was looking at her and she
pointed to her finger, to show that she was the one who had given him
the ring, and he pointed to his pocket to say that it was in his pocket.
All in all, it was the most amazing experience for me and Kim. We'll
never forget it. After the show, people came up to us and started
swearing at us and told us that the Backstreet Boys acted like we were
the only ones at the show. HAHA!! They actually remembered us from the
afternoon!
