*Gradually* fade in w/volume knob (the easiest way to do this is to catch
the knob with the 3rd or 4th finger on your picking hand after you hit the
last chord on the chorus, quickly turn it all the way down, then pick this
chord and turn it up slowly. It's not exactly like the album, but then
again, most of this probably isn't. If you're rich enough to have a
volume pedal (like Adam probably uses for this part,) more power to ya.)

Another guitar plays some kind of different rhythm underneath that last
part, I think it's just muted chords (muted with the fretting fingers, not
palm muted.)
