technology has gotten so fucking bored with itself that it has made the mechanical pencil. so instead of just writing, you pay more to click your thumb over and over again to write. and you pay more for it? the pencil is a statement in itself. the pencil is the very essence of man itself. outside is so simple, even coolooking (if you've got a natural/woodgrain pencil), yet on the inside is what gets the fucking job done, so black and callous and unerasable from your hands (almost erasable from the paper but there's always that little layer of indented page). you smear your hands on everything and yet the insides never go away. the inside of a pencil is like the killer's soul, with the darkness and the error, the slight imperfections that are noticed by all and pointed out by none. the inside of the pencil is only obtained thru violence . you can use pencils to snap at each other and break thru to the inner grit, or you can break them in half with your own brute force. the only way to use a pencil "properly" is to molest it with blades.
doesn't that seem weird to you?
