this tattoo was done originally by George of Little Gary's shop in D-over delawhere, and then recolored and touched up by the jessinator, formerly of boogerman's, who has a shop in Smyrna and Newark, delawhere. g.i. joe was and still is my favorite cartoon, and i always like cobra better, i mean, they got the cooler names and uniforms...hehehe...
