Karaoke is dead...long live the piano bar. This is the next step for you dive bar karaoke singers...the live band and no words (except for a little book with illegible type) makes this a more frightening and satisfying experience.

The steak is great but edging on the pricey side. Expect to pay around 20 bucks each for a sirloin, appetizer and garnish. But the gerkins are GRAND! Affordable burgers though, so if you do want to eat dinner there don't be afraid.

This place is mostly known as a great steak house and a piano bar. Shirley plays piano and her sons play the clarinet and drums (although not always at the same time.) Piano bar is going on W-Sun starting at 8pm. You never know who will pop in to sing a song. One night I was in there and a local opera singer sang Besame Mucho in Italian.

The crowd is great. Great cross cultural mixture of young and old. And while the place never "goes off", it is always grooving. The area near the piano bar is the best place to sit. At its busiest, you may be banished to the dining area, but you can usually find a seat near the piano bar if you get there after 11pm. The kitchen serves late - their fries are sure to hit the spot if you get the munchies. Extra bonus - TV at the end of the bar is always tuned to sports.
