It appears as though Dick is one who admires the decade of the 70's. This can be told by his groovy do (hair that is) and his happenin' attire. The 70's have always been associated with happiness, fun, and doing whatever as long as it feels good. I don't think it is a coincidence that this is the same theme used in Dick's ads. Do you?

Is Dick a real person? This is probably the most common question I am asked. It does seem odd that all we have ever seen or heard about Dick is that one picture. Therefore, I hired a team of specialists to examine the picture to find as much information as they could.

After five long months of careful examination, the specialists concluded that Dick at the time of the picture was 24 years and 7 months old, 5 feet 10 inches tall, and had a cat named Muffy. Unfortunately, due to computer enhanced graphics, they could not determine when the picture was taken but estimate that it could have been taken any time between 1972 and 1997 which tells us absolutely nothing.

So I must conclude by saying that Dick is a real person, and even though his style may not agree with modern fashion, he still puts a fun liveliness into all of his ads- and that's the only thing that counts, right?
