Author's note: I got good responses to the last story so I decided to make it a
series! Keep that feedback coming! Ideas are very welcome! My addy is
JenMyor@aol.com! I still be telling it from Bridget's point of view.
"No!" I was yelling in a fitful nightmare. "Not again don't leave me!" I sobbed. "Bridget! Bridget! Wake up!" Davy was shouting at me. "Wha, oh Davy!" I sobbed, "It was so terrible....." I babbled. "Don't worry love we'll neva leave ya." Davy said soothingly. It was my second night there and already I was having terrible nightmares. "Rememba we're going to the store to get you settled in today."
I was growing more excited by the minute as we walked into the clothing store. "Wow I've never seen anything like this!" I said breathlessly I was used to uniforms and black and white, not this. "Pick out anything you want shotgun, we already payed this month's rent." Mike said noticing my excitement.
I walked around in amazment, " Pick out my own clothes? I get to pick out my own clothes!" I said bewildered, I had been used to everyone else choosing for me this is great, I thought.
The guys each had their own taste and were suggesting lots of stuff I was so amazed I just stood there dumbfouded at this new freedom. The clerk directed me to the dressing room and the guys handed me their choices.
I walked in and started trying clothes on. I modled each outfit and the guys voiced their opinions on each. I ended up getting, 4 miniskirts (blue, green, purple and rainbow) a bunch of shirts, 5 pairs of colored bell-bottoms and 2 bathing suits totaled at $11.55.
Next we set out for stuff for my room, it was going to be the other downstairs room. We walked in the store and I had a mental picture of what I wanted my room to look like.
(Romp scene! Picture the guys running all over the store to "The Girl I Knew Somewhere") I ended up getting 1 mattress tons of assorted pillows, paint beaded curtains and some other groovy stuff.
When we got home we got to work by the end of the night my room was finished. It looked really groovy with all the pillows and the paint splashes, courtesy of Micky going wild.
"Ok Bri," Micky said adopting a new nickname,"now we'll play for you! What do
you want to hear?"
"Well, I'd like to hear, um, it doesn't matter just play!" They did and I felt
as if I was the luckiest girl in the world!
