When you get right down to it, all this really adds is 19 Lightning resist... Not horrible, but a rare item ought to do more than one thing for you... Besides that fact that any rare with three or less mods is funny no matter what it is...
3 mediocre mods, can only be used by a druid. Any fool could get a better magical helmet in shop!
