No damage mods! It has the lowest possible addition to lightning resist, the lowest possible lightning damage mod, and one of the lowest AR additions... Absolutely one of the worst rares possible!
First look at the level required. Then look at the damage. Enough said.
A maul with no damage mods at all! The only use for this would be on a sorc for mana... And any sorc who has to resort to using this thing for a lousy 20 mana is headed down a dark, dark path.
Ok, the resists are decent, but by level 41 you'd better be using a staff with skills and mana and life on it also! Heck, this thing might as well be magical! Who's going to use knockback as a sorc?
