I built this site for music traders and just curious music lovers, wishing to wonder what kind of a collection can a guy living in Russia gather in about 15 years. I have purchased my first CD — not quite legally — in 1984. It was Wish You Were Here by Pink Floyd.

My interests in music are focused on progressive rock in general and in particular on the bands like Yes, Van Der Graaf Generator, King Crimson, Renaissance, Emerson Lake and P*, Pink Floyd, Egg, Genesis, Gong, Frank Zappa and their corresponding friends and relatives. Rick Wakeman is an example. I bet you will be hard pressed to find a more massive CD collection of Rick Wakeman elsewhere in the world. Another example is David Cross, and I can boast of having some ultra rare titles of him, never listed in AMG or in the overwhelming majority of “serious” music catalogues and books.

ver, my interests in rock music are not limited to the artists like Steve
, Peter Hammill, Robert Fripp and Patrick Moraz. Such artists as Andrew Lloyd Webber, Elton John, Jefferson Airplane, Grand Funk, Queen, Sparks, Nirvana (no, no — no Mr. Cobain stuff — I mean Nirvana of U.K.) and, of course, Beatles belong to my favourite performers as well. Oops! I forgot Led Zeppelin. (I have a friend who would kill me if he saw I had not mentioned them.)

Most of the titles listed herein are extremely dear to me, so don't even try to bid some miserable thousand bucks on Rick Wakeman's Lisztomania issued in Japan in the end of the 80's... Nevertheless, if you are very pchyched about titles like that, feel free to contact me, so I will ponder how your addiction can be cured.
