Hi there Yessuckers, Wakemaniacs, Frippfreaks, Hammillians and everybody! My name is Eugene Poliakov. It doesn't matter how I live I look like that. I just got to borrow Alice Cooper's top hat. But seriously. . . My ethical principle (in music trade as well) you may like it or not is: I built this site for music traders and just curious music lovers, wishing to wonder what kind of a collection can a guy living in Russia gather in about 15 years. I have purchased my first CD not quite legally in 1984. It was Wish You Were Here by Pink Floyd. My interests in music are focused on progressive rock in general and in particular on the bands like Yes, Van Der Graaf Generator, King Crimson, Renaissance, Emerson Lake and P*, Pink Floyd, Egg, Genesis, Gong, Frank Zappa and their corresponding friends and relatives. Rick Wakeman is an example. I bet you will be hard pressed to find a more massive CD collection of Rick Wakeman elsewhere in the world. Another example is David Cross, and I can boast of having some ultra rare titles of him, never listed in AMG or in the overwhelming majority of serious music catalogues and books.
Most of the titles listed herein are extremely dear to me, so don't even try to bid some miserable thousand bucks on Rick Wakeman's Lisztomania issued in Japan in the end of the 80's... Nevertheless, if you are very pchyched about titles like that, feel free to contact me, so I will ponder how your addiction can be cured. There is a few CD's in my collection that I am willing to part with. |
