Horizons

Sunbeams dancing in your mind
Blue larks embracing sunlight
Lotus of petals glistening
Cool shade of wise trees listening
Dawn of light lies between silence chased amid Fusions of wonder
Revealing corridors of time pictures of redescending distance
Love colours sent within us our endless caress for freedom

Illuminations

A star spangled sky is my roof tonight the forests are my covers moon man the
watcher with eye so bright gives shelter like a brother
Birds wake my mind
as dawn paints a flame coloured skies
dream curtains undrawn
new day of soft splendour is born
An afternoon rainshower drawing near slowly
clouds hold their treasure suspended like scales
the eagle encircles his mansioned sky boldly
wild conversation as larks tell their tales

Horizon Serene

a rainbow where no man has been
Love within reach
a truth with no needing of speech
Where all dreams are one
as rain meets a boundless ocean
my days here I'll spend
a life of true peace and no end

Giant

Mighty men of power
great goliaths who've turned sour
never feeling, never caring
only, blindly you're
following one flight of power
crushing all who stand there before you

Taking, breaking, you
even make the strong man cower
grind to dust, those who can't pay your due

With careful plans, your lies
there's no risk and no mistake
ignore the small man as he cries
smash him, and then he'll co-operate

Giant, stop for a moment
and search deep within your heart
are you so sure you're right
you could make a new start

If you left this earth
who would care
what d'you think you're worth
just a share

You don't have much time
face the truth
you'll pay for your crime
you must choose

There's another way of living
see what you get by giving
take your chance, find your own way
take it, while you may

Forget that thing called pride
just awaken what's inside
stop decieving, start believing
your humility will be your last misleading guide
the seeking mind could then show you how

Scintillated sequence
diamond covered tree
misty morning mirrored
in eyes that cannot see
and the wind that blew there
stole a page from memory

Time was my shelter
silver darts of brilliancy
and reflections held their ground
midst rainbows of sound

Pearl tinted clouds
with crystal linings
against the sky
forever

You are the bows from which
your children as living arrows are sent forth
the archer sees his mark
let your bending be without fear
You may give them your love but not your thoughts
you may house their bodies not their souls
they dwell in the house of tomorrow
standing so far you'll never visit
for life goes not backward
nor tarries with yesterday
Rain clouds of grey
gather slow behind your eyes
child of today
don't forget to sail the skies

All things are in colours
tunes of different age
softer message from life's flower
hills of long gone yesterdays

Dreams are the blossom
of our courage it is said
true life long forgotten
echoes lost inside our heads

She grew like the blossoming oak tree
a fountain of magic spells
her mind was of sunshowered beauty

Her roots understanding of earth seeking silently
branches of arching embrace and serenity
flowers revealing the secret of her own mystery
her fruit offering endless desire for true love and harmony
