GORILLAZ POSTPONE DATES 07|06|01 Virtual animated hip poppers Gorillaz have postponed their forthcoming UK shows after only having announced them yesterday (June 6). The three gigs in Edinburgh (June 27th), Birmingham (28th) and in Manchester (29th) will now take place in September. Tickets already purchased will be valid for the shows or refunds will be given from the point of purchase. The new dates are: Edinburgh Corn Exchange (September 24th) Birmingham Academy (25th) Manchester Academy (26th) The supergroup have already signed a multi-album deal with Virgin records in the US and will fly over to the States this summer to fulfil promotional commitments. Meanwhile the new Gorillaz video for the new single '19/2000' has been completed and is set to appear on TV screens soon. The video continues in the theme of the 'Clint Eastwood' single, featuring Tank Girl creator Jamie Hewlett's animated artwork.
