In Quebec a 14 year old boy was stabbed in the shoulder for his pokemon cards. Now people are accusing the makers of the cards for causing the violence. This a absolutely preposterous. How can little pieces of cardboard cause violence? People are just looking for a scapegoat to blame the fact that children toady are more violent than ever. Years ago it was Ninja Turtles, then Power Rangers, Pogs, soon it will be something else. The thing that parents refuse to accept is the fact that the violence was there long before Pokemon was around. It will continue to be around after the parents blame it all on the next fad to come along. Stop blaming the children's games and start looking at the children.
