I guess this is not my year. My dermatologist has been after me to do chemo on my face to help with sun damage, so I did that in March, and that took about 5 weeks of treatment and recovery. I renamed my photography business and was just getting into marketing it. Then on June 23rd while going to meet a friend and we were going riding and taking photographs of some of the covered bridges. I was on a freeway and a jeep liberty swerved to miss a plastic garbage can while we were doing 65 mph, she hit me and I went flying. Then she took off! I did not break any bones, but I have some abrasions and bruises and my right shoulder is very sore. It has just about been a month and I am slowly feeling better and able to do some things. My bike is totaled and I don't know if I will be able to get another bike or even insurance after this. Very frustrating to say the least. Of course with the wreck, I had to put my business on hold. I need to be able to support myself, my husband lied yet again and is smoking. I am not going to watch him put himself in the grave or be someone that I have to take care of all the time. I don't love him anymore and have not for some time now.
