Dare I dream? 30 minutes away from joining that elitist geeky tapers group of Schoeps Owners...at about half the cost I had expected to fork out and about two years ahead of time as well! (doing the "go away Ebay gremlins jig") OK...so I'm a dork. I actually just got up and literally did a stupid dance. Gimme a break...I just got off staff duty -- meaning I've had 1.5 hours of sleep in the last 27 hours. yay me. Friday I further surprised myself by rucking twice as far with the same load...and barely feeling it in the shoulders this time. Tuesday I up it another 10 lbs. Every once in a while I catch a glimpse of myself in BDUs in the mirror or something and It gives me pause...and I wonder "what the fuck?" The fact that I'm in the military still surprises me sometimes. You'd think that with 3 years that sort of thing would fade away huh? Let's see...here's something I haven't done since basic training I think...466 days to go. ok yeah...at this point I've run out of things to write...probably due in part to sleep deprivation. I'm just holding on so I can post my hopefully gleefull results..."No Whammies No Whammies No Whammies!" I heard on the radio today there is going to be a new sitcom..."That 80's Show" patterned after "That 70's Show". I'm scared. I'm getting old. How long before they make one for the 90s? 15 more minutes and I can go to sleep :) My hair is growing back out. I think I need to shave it off again. Picked up this CD yesterday when I had some time to kill on Kadena AB. So far I'm not particulually impressed to be honest. I like her first two solo albums (_Tigerlilly_ and _Ophelia_) a lot more. Oh well. I picked up the Dave Navarro disc too. I've heard mixed reviews but hell...it was on sale for $8 so I couldn't resist. Coming down the home stretch now...3 minutes to go. I am the MAN! (ok, GEEK!) ok enough celebrating. I need sleep. current mood: jubilant
