"DRINKING IS BAD"

Dear Diary,
(Sunday March 24th, 1996)

Well a very long time has passed, bad and good things have happened. Count Grin's party was pretty cool, Count Barrel was there and we all got drunk. Me, these weird guys, Countess Frenillos, a girl & Countess Disney we went to Jamison/Coles and it was so funny when we got there cause one of the guys wanted to give me money so I could go and buy food for him but he couldn't stand up so he kneeled to give me his money and there was a man sitting in his car laughing at us, it was funny. Count Barrel got very hugging when we came back but I don't really like him that way, maybe I did just a little.

There was also the 2 parties Countess Read had, they were pretty cool. By the way, Countess Rough and Count Downcross have split up. It serves them right all they were doing was hurting each other. Their relationship was too weird Countess Rough is an idiot when it comes to going out with guys, she gets them but she can't keep them.

I haven't gone to many concerts since then, Yakfest was too weird in the sense of the people we hung around with that I really didn't enjoy it. I'm going to college now, Hawker college. It's great I've made new friends. Of course we still hang around together (the crowd) but we've got new people that sit with us now. Countess White.....she really scared me at the beggining but she is a great person. Countess Sexy, Countess Twin and Countess Curls, etc. And I've made new friends in Drama (my favourite class). Count Director and Count Talldude, Count Penguin, Count LColour, Countess White, Countess Dramahead, Count Celular, Countess Sexy and a billion more.

Count Penguin got this gig in The Blind Beggars Inn every Saturday and so we went last Saturday and as always I thought I wouldn't have a good time and I had a marvellous time. Me, Countess Rough and Countess Smart met at Jamison and so we walked to Belconnen. We met Countess White at the Interchange and walked to the Inn to meet Countess Socialist and Countess France. We saw Count Penguin outside and said Hi, he seemed a bit distant or nervous, I don't know...but then again he is always like that with me, god I hate that....anyways, we went in and paid Count Director at the door and said Hi and went in, luckily the Bouncer wasn't at the door yet cause later he started not letting people in without I.D. Of course he asked us for I.D but we just said that we came here just to see the band, he beleived us but kept an eye on us. They started playing and the whole Drama crowd started dancing so I told Countess Socialist and Countess Rough to join in and they did, then me and Countess White got up and started dancing as well. I saw Count Director, Count Celular and Countess Dramahead sitting down on the booths on my left and decided to go sit with them. Count Director was very drunk and Count Celular was a bit tipsy, Countess Dramahead was drunk though. We talked and Count Director got me a Jack Daniels with Coke and later Count LColour got me a Vodka and Orange and I had a couple of sips of Count Director's Strongbow Lemon and that white clear fizzy alcohol shit, I can't remember the name... OHHHH....it's Sub Zero.

Anyhow we talked and Count Celular offered me a lift and I said Yeah, so Countess Rough and everyone else that I came with left. And I stayed and met this couple, also some other guy with a nickname which I don't remember, I also talked to Countess RATM, the one girl I hate and Countess Sexy. Countess RATM is another Countess Laugh and I hate Countess Laugh. Then the last time we sat it was me, Count Director, Countess Dramahead and then on the other side it was Count Penguin, Countess RATM and Countess Sexy.

Count Penguin and Countess RATM were doing their thing while Count Director and Countess Dramahead did their thing.

We decided to leave then, we were outside of the car when Countess Dramahead started to spew, these guys parked right beside us started trying to help telling us we should punch her in the stomach so she could spew more and Countess Dramahead said "Fuck off you jerks" and Paul and I were going "Countess Dramahead! Shut up do you want to start something here?"

Luckily they didn't hear what she said. We got in the car and I decided that I should sleep over Count Director's house, I asked him and he said OK (he was so drunk, it didn't matter). We got there and I helped Countess Dramahead take a shower then we went down to the basement and Count Celular opened the folding out couch and made the bed.

I got another bed right beside it and all through the night Count Director was telling me not to let him do anything with Countess Dramahead and he would also ask whether he HAD done anything with her and all we told him was not to worry all night.

Count Celular stayed a bit and we all talked, then he left and turned off the light..I was falling asleep when suddenly I hear these noises and I was like "Oh No". I waited a while to see if they'd stop, then I got fed up and said "You guys alright?" and they both said "Fine Countess Olivia, don't worry". All through the night Countess Dramahead kept on telling him to stop cause he likes Countess Burn and he would say ok, but then he'd start again. We all fell asleep at about 4 am and I woke up at 7 am, I was pretty bored and started moving around and making noises they both told me to stop cause the room was spinning around. They were still drunk, Oh yeah and Countes Director spewed that night. I called Mom and she picked me up, that was funny.

Dear Diary

Well today was average, well not really. Last night Countess Marie stayed to sleep-over, I like Countess Marie, she's nice...it's weird how Countess Babies made me hate her! I am so annoyed at Countess Orael, I don't know why! It's just this hate that I have for her...everytime I see her I feel like screaming my lungs out at her. She annoys me, we annoy each other...but we're still friends, it's weird I know! I think we're just spending way too much time together, these things happen.

It felt good to have Countess Marie over, my brother was at his friend's house and he was gonna sleep over. Mom didn't want me alone at home (that rhymes!) she called Countess Marie for me cause I was still upset about the news I received yesterday, she talked to Countess Marie's Dad and told him about my Dad's illness. He said sorry and said Countess Marie would call...she did and after persisting she came over we ate chocolate, talked and watched tv. Mom woke us up today and she had to leave...and I had to go to the doctor.

We went and the doctor said it would be better to take me off the tablets for 2 weeks and then she'd prescribed another dose that meant I only took one pill a day which personally I think is better. I told Mom to take me to Dad's office to use the Internet. I told Mom I'd take the bus to school cause I had classes after lunch...which wasn't true. I got really lazy and thought about calling Mom in the afternoon and telling her that I forgot my wallet at home and that I couldn't go to school....I know I was lying all the way through but I still felt better letting her know that I didn't really go to school.

I had fun for the first 4 hours while I was on the net......I surfed through all of the Alice in Chains stuff and it was really cool but then it got boring after a while. I hope the guy from New Zealand writes!!!

Anyhow tonight my Mom came from having visited Dad at the hospital and she was looking all happy, she bought cokes and Ice cream. I asked why she was so vibrant and she said that Dad was looking better which I was happy to hear! She bought him the presents, his favourite cologne "4711" and a book about American politicians.

I'm really tired so I'd better go to bed now

Dear Diary

We went to Civic today and met Countess Orael, Countess Read, Countess Marie and Countess Roger. And went to wait for Countess Smart and Countess Trinket. I saw Count Director across the interchange and went to say HI!!! He said Hi!! But the thing was that I wanted to talk to him about my Dad and they all came charging to meet him and they were so annoying! I kind of made it obvious that I wanted them to leave and they left but Countess Rough didn't so I just started talking about it anyway. And then she got the picture but they all came back anyway, I said sorry to him as his bus came and told him I'd meet him tomorrow for Count Penguin's gig.

Me and Countess Marie went into the Rent-a-disc place and when we came back we met a bunch of guy friends we have and Count Cupid. They were all amazingly stoned especially Count Cupid. They all went up to the flag poll thing and sat there to smoke pot. I didn't smoke any....god, they just seem so immature smoking..cause Pot is pretty much silly. They were all fucked when we came down, Countess Orael had to go and we got a lift with Count Cupid.

Dear Diary

Well Countess Marie hasn't changed, she's still obsessed with getting stoned or drunk. Why? It is so immature of them. Countess Read told me and Countess Orael that Countess Marie was upset because they had drunk all of what they had and now they had none left. That did not surprise me and Countess Orael at all, neither did it surprise Countess Read. All of this was last night (Saturday) when we went to see Count Penguin's band again, I don't know...I mean I get so worked up on whether I'll have fun or not that I end up not having fun at all. It was still ok.

I saw Count Liam and I was just surprised I didn't think he'd come to one of these places at all. He was obviously on something, I asked him and he said "Nahhhh I had Guarana!" and I just went "Sure....." then he told me he smoked pot. Count Talldude was there too, because Count Liam bought him 2 beers (Count Liam told me he doesn't drink) so I figured the beers were for Count Talldude, and they were.

The thing was that tonight they were keeping close inspection of under age people so they wouldn't sell alcohol to anyone with out I.D and Count Talldude is only 17, although Count Liam is 16 he's got his Learners license marked and saying that he is 18 so he bought the booze for Count Talldude and they were both paranoid cause the bouncers were keeping an eye on them. They were both sitting in our booth. One time in the evening Count Director and Countess Burn sat in it and I went to sit with them, then everyone followed and so we were all squashed and Count Director was at the end saying "I can't breath!" and then he said "You need to lose some weight" to Countess Orael but she didn't pay attention (luckily) and he got out and Countess Burn followed. I didn't want to be there with them, I mean I know it sounds rude and all but they were all acting so immaturely I just wanted to be with Countess White and the rest of the Drama crowd. But I didn't want them to hate me so I didn't want to make it obvious that they were anoying me. When Count Director and Countess Burn were being squashed Countess White was there and Count Director asked her at what time the party started and so everyone was going "Am I invited?" and "Can I come?" that was awful, they were acting so childish I couldn't believe it. We played pool but I kind of wanted to play only with Countess White, didn't help though.

Everyone I hang around with at school is childish, they are immature and the thing is that I'm making friends with yr. 12s and when they leave I'll be all alone! Oh well, let's think about now!

I went to the toilet to have my drink cause I didn't want anyone seeing me drinking, I had some and I felt it didn't really work cause I wasn't really feeling that confident when I was outside listening to the music, I let Countess Marie know that I had drunk some so I let her breath my breath and she was like "Ohhh please can you get us some? Please???" and she was hassling me so much after that I got really annoyed and I didn't feel safe just leaving my bag there with them so I had to carry it around, since it didn't work (me getting drunk) I went back to the toilet and had a whole lot more (A LOT) and came out, I was pissed off cause it wasn't working (not as pissed off as Countess Marie gets!) yet I started dancing and didn't care so I skanked as much as I could, and I would get so tired that I couldn't breath! But that was when I had fun. And I noticed that I was a bit drunk cause I was getting dizzy and almost falling, but it didn't matter cause I was having fun. Then we went to play pool again (again, I wanted to just play with Countess White) but Countess Marie and Countess Read insisted that they wanted to play as well, so I went "Fine" we started to play when the bouncer went "Excuse me, I'm gonna ask you to leave! You are all under age." then we looked at him sad cause we had just started to play and he went "Ok, when you finish the game you can leave" and we went, "Thank you!" we played like 20 seconds when Countess Marie and Countess Read had to leave and I was so happy. We played than I lost and we went outside to get a lift with Count Director-----OHHHHHH!!!

I saw Count Talldude getting on with Countess Eyebrows! I mean Countess Eyebrows???

She's just-she's nice I like her but she's not that pretty! And Count Talldude! I thought he liked Countess Instrument!! Oh well, they were probably drunk!

Anyhow! I went outside and Count Liam was giving us chocolate wrappers (what a weirdo!) and so Count Director gave me, Countess White and Count Liam a lift. Count Liam's house is huge!!! The biggest in the block! Countess White's nice, she gave me food and everything and I slept really well. Mom picked me up and today is Sunday!

Dear Diary,

Well, life's been ok......what am I saying? It's been shit since yesterday! Well I'll start from when my illusionment started....Countess White's party....Count Penguin was there. That's right! Why do I like him so much? I hate falling like this over guys, it annoys the shit out of me! Never have I accually liked anyone this way!

Countess White's party was cool....I got there and Count Director had just gotten there as well with someone else there were a lot of people there. We started out by just talking, drinking a little and dancing...I said Hi to Count Penguin and all and a while after he wanted to talk to me and we had a cool talk about how drugs are shit and boring and other stuff about music. I was delighted afterwards and I'd sneak glances at him and he'd be looking at me....so I was happy. The days after I was becoming madly in love with this guy...and when went to see his band yesterday night he sings a song in which he starts it off by saying how he broke up with a chick (Countess RATM) so I was like WOOHOO!!!! But then at the song after he dedicates it to Louise...Louise who? It was a blonde chick... I was so upset after that.....but I was also drunk which made it worse.

That night I promised myself I'd lose weight and show them all....but why? This is the world telling me that people who look bad on the outside will never achieve anything unless they change what they look like....that's wrong. I mean Ok, I still want to lose weight but I don't want to do it just for the sake to get a guy, I want to do it for self fullfillment, for myself, for me to be happy with me. If Count Penguin doesn't like me because I'm fat...then that's that....I mean I imagine what if I were to lose weight and suddenly Count Penguin would be after me I'd just go Fuck Off....you are only interested in the fact that you'll look good if you go out with someone who's thin than fat or just interested because you want sex instead of a relationship.

With the money that I got from doing the cards I decided that I was going to buy an acoustic guitar but now I want an electric with an amp. I want it so bad!!!!
