Hub City is the setting for a series of murders whose methods related to crimes committed by the victims. When Vic investigates, he finds a saintly doctor is the Mikado killer, wearing a mask from the opera as he commits his murders, he's faced with a dilemma. Should he take the good doctor down, or does, in fact, the punishment fit the crime?
