The Question appeared briefly in this compacted DC History (W: Marv Wolfman, A: George Perez), on a page telling about the juxtaposition and variety of heroes appearing in the new heroic age.

"They came from everywhere, and in all forms and disguises, From the mysterious faceless crimefigher known as The Question to the supernatural wizard called Prince Ra-Man."

The book was part of DC's effort to unite all of their multiverse into one world after the "event" Crisis (see Crisis #3). Below is the picture of The Question appearing in the book, the only Perez-done Question pic outside of Crisis that I know of.
