  Love Song For Stephen I love you. Is all that We can Say. And though the years have passed away Though you're over there may you have good luck Remember, in the times you're stuck That there's someone like me. Thinking of you. Lovingly. And though you don't know me by my name, I suppose you just think that it's a game Because I'm not the only one who's fallen And mine is not the only heart you've stolen And you've got so far to go still. you always have to climb another hill And the road less travelled is the road you've taken Remember the people you've loved and forsaken Remember there's a billion more people here Who for your sake have shed many tears.   Mom Were you there When I first opened my eyes and Yawned in the afternoon sun? Were you there as I took my first steps? And a few years later, began to run? Were those tears you shed Because you hurt for me each time I fell? Did you know then That I was making my life My own private hell? Did you rejoice as I overcame all my obstacles and reached all my goals? Were those tears of joy, mom? Did I make myself whole? Have I finally gained a soul? No, mom, you didn't have to sacrifice everything for me. I didn't deserve an angel I didn't deserve the purity in your love. No mom, I never meant to break your heart with my stubborness.
