The conditions for this agreement are as follows: 1. The track will only be used for the above-mentioned compilation. 2. Full ownership and copyright of the track remains with the undersigned at all times. 3. The undersigned will receive a copy of the completed compilation tape which features the above-mentioned track. 4. If circumstances of the band change for any reason, such as being signed to a record label, Matthew Corne will not be liable for prosecution of any kind.
