Bob's Story:

In 1967 I had the honor of being a private security guard for the Stones in the Warwick Hotel in N.Y.C. They were on the Ed Sullivan show.

My job was to escort Brian Jones back and forth to the limo. They were real friendly and sociable. They would not let us in their room, but did reserved us a room and gave us 3 cases of beer. Believe it or not the Doors were the opening act.

All I got was one autographed picture. I could really kick myself you know where for not getting more memories. The only one I have is in my head and I'll never lose that one .

Keith was wearing a fur stole with what looked like holes in it . It was the coolest ever.

I can still remember one of the band (don't remember who) asking their more private entourage for 100 dollars so they could go sit in the bar and have a few drinks.

Can you imagine them getting an allowance?

Wish I could do it over again,I know I would do it differently.
