Lord Chamberlain's Men 1999-04-30

* LCM have finished their latest recording, a 5-track demo named 

Down and Out. Further information will be available soon.

* LCM is currently working on a five or six song demo, which we 

hopefully will finish for the festival summer.

Still looking for a record-deal we realised that the sound of today's 

Lord Chamberlain's Men isn't very well

represented by the Into Nothing CD-single.

* Haunted by scores of definitions and pigeonholings, LCM is now concidering 

a change of name as a strategic retreat in the struggle to maintain some 

kind of freedom in what we do. As New Model Army is already taken, 

greatly regretted by our violin-player, we plan on getting ourselves another name  

suiting for what we do and where we stand.
