Americomics Special #1

Featured the first (AND LAST) teaming of the Sentinels of Justice (Blue Beetle, Captain Atom, Nightshade and The Question). They take on a number of baddies, including the Madmen and the Banshee. The head badguy is a fellow called the Manipulator, although he acts under another badguy whose identity is never really explained. The first and only teaming of these heroes until the L.A.W. series by DC, this is a mediocre story, but still an interesting find. Drawn by Bill Black with backgrounds by Matt Feazell.
