MACH

The MACH is the first in the MACH program. It made 3 sucessful runs before one of the "wings" broke off.

The MACH had a 1' 6" tube with a 1" id and a 1 1/4" od. I put a cap on the end and a light machine screw threw the tube about 3" from the uncapped end. I put a one part "wing" on the bottom. I put a wheel on each side of the "wing" and one in the middle of the tube. I had a fin on the top that made it lift up the front accidentally, so the first time it launched it flipped because of it. This broke off the fin and it worked fine after that untill on the 3rd launch the left side of the "wing" broke off.

The mach was a great prototype for the new MACHs to come
