Prince Byron of St. Louis has summoned an unusual selection of Kindred. A Brujah, a Malkavian, and two Tremere. They are recruited to help the Prince find an associate and, although not revieled to them at first, to also stop an invasion of Sabbat. The reluctant four scourge the dirty streets of St. Louis eventually finding their man...although dead. The Malkavian is (thankfully) killed and William, the Tremere, is maimed by a nasty Gangrel in the process.

The always demanding Prince Byron is still not finished with the remaining two. He finds that the Sabbat have avoided a certain area in the heart of the city - an abandoned place, not even inhabited by the usual crackwhores and whinos. So, as I'm sure you've guessed by now, he sends in Elijah as a diplomat, and Malison as Elijah's protector...as well as a Gangrel with an incredibly annoying speech impediment. The three find out exactly why the Sabbat are afraid - there is a Malkavian elder by the name of Janice who has summoned a blood demon from the 3rd level. (well wouldn't you be a little scared too?)

To avoid boring you with details, the Tremere is branded with the demon's mark and both he and Malison now have a safe haven there. Also, the Gangrel tried to kill the Prince and was summarily executed. The Prince was killed by the blood demon and now Janice is the Malkavian Prince of St. Louis.

Have I lost you? ....'course not.

An Assamite by the name of Aric has joined Elijah and Malison in their fight to keep the Sabbat from plaguing the city like cancer. They are, however, making little progress....

Janice turns out to be a much more rewarding Prince. Malison is appointed Sheriff, Elijah is appointed peace-keeper for Elysium, and Aric is made a "scourge" or something.

Update: Prince Janice has chosen three vampires to take the post of primogen. Due to the ongoing terroristic activities of the Sabbat, however, most everyone is keeping a low profile. It becomes the task of Malison, Aric, and Elijah to find these three. Who could ever know (or want to know) what goes on in the brain of a Malk? One is Finch, a gangrel who worked for the late Prince Byron. The second is a disillusioned Brujah by the name of Huxley. The third is Al Aiz, one of those lovely Nosferatu. While the boys are led on a goose chase throughout St. Louis, Malison comes across a clue as to where the lady Finch may be. In fact, she finds herself led back to Finch's hideaway ...although not exactly by choice. Malison learns that Finch has been keeping busy by preparing a counter-attack along with a grungy group of other vampires against the Sabbat. Malison gets drug along for the ride...and this time, it's not entirely against her will. After all, something has to be done.

Next night....

Aric and Elijah hear rumors that Finch might show up at a local club called The Abatoire. Finch does show up...with Malison and the rest of the army in tow. The Abatoire is destroyed, but amazingly Aric, Elijah, and Malison all manage to escape with minor injuries. The war is on full blast now.

Malison receives a message from her sire Fox, whom she hasn't heard a word from in years. Fox, although previously holding the position of Primogen and having quite a bit of prestige among the Brujah, has been on the run for several years now. Malison has now seemed to vanish as he did. Her whereabouts are unknown, but the few who know her suspect she is with Fox, as she has loved him unconditionally...even through the years she spent not speaking to him and not even knowing if he was still alive.
