Masters Of Rock, Pop & Beyond: Year End Countdown

The Top 180 of 2004!

Well we've reached the end of our first year of doing our weekly
countdown and it's been a great success. A total of 180 different
songs made our chart in 2004 and I definitely feel confident in stating
that you won't find a more diverse and exciting chart anywhere else.
I mean what other chart can boast having  Linkin Park, Loretta Lynn, Jill Scott,
Joanie Sommers and Bjork  all make their chart at some point in the year ?
From top 40 favourites to acts so obscure they're practically unsigned this 
is the way one wishes the real Top 40 would look. Two breakout acts in particular
dominated the chart like no one else. British Soul siren Joss Stone and 
clever New Wave revivalists The Killers both hold the honour of most
songs on the chart with 5 each. I can't wait to see what exciting
surprises 2005 holds for our chart!
