Masters Of Rock, Pop & Beyond Top 10 Countdown

Wk of 8-8-2004

The big news on this week's chart is the exciting
return of Iceland's great wonder of the world Bjork
who makes a quiet but welcome return to music with her
new tune "Pleasure Is All Mine" and the pleasure is
all ours to have her debut on our chart. Elsewhere
on the chart we have two more debuts plus 3 returns
from some artists that just don't want to give up
on chart success. Do the math and you'll notice that
once again only 4 acts from last week hold on to the
chart. Joss Stone, The Kimberly Trip,
Jason Mraz and second week #1's The Killers
all hang in there! Before we get to the chart goodies
let's say a fond farewell to some songs that
didn't hang in there this week:

Riplets- Hey Mickey 7wks pk 4
Eleni Mandell- Dangerous 5wks pk 2
PJ Harvey- You Come Through 1wk pk 8
Vanessa Paradis- Ma Petroleuse 2wks pk 6
Carina Round- Into My Blood 1wk pk 4
