Xera's autobiography

autobiography

I'm really wondering why you're reading this ... because I'm not that interesting ... but the funny thing is ... when I visit other people's homepages .. the first thing I do is read the autobiographical part about the guy or girl that make it ... so i do it myself too. So I guess I can understand ... it's plain curiosity

No really, I'm boring ... I'm a librarian for christsakes ... to most people that is the most boring profession in the world. Funnily, it's all a myth. I will tell you the truth now ... but be quiet about it okay? ... *shhhhh* ... Librarians appear to be boring, but they really aren't. It's a trick to make people believe they're innocent. Remember all those detectives you watched on tv? If one of the suspects was a librarian, who did it? ... well? ... WELL?!? My thoughts exactly! So next time you're at the library ... and considering ripping some pages from a book .. think again. That innocent looking librarian will gladly tear you from limb to limb. Take my word for it.

;-)

So how did my Pumpkins obsession begin? Well, I had a friend who was trying really hard to get me 'hooked' on the Pumpkins. But being the stubborn bitch I am, I completely ignored her. After two years I finally had to admit to her that their music was 'okay'. In reality, of course, I loved SP from the very first minute but I'd much rather swallow my tongue than to admit that someone else had to tell me how good they were. Even now, six years later, she has no idea about my Pumpkins obsession. I even managed to take my best friend to a Pumpkins concert, claiming I was more interested in the support act. If she would have paid more attention to me during the concert, she would have seen that I had been lying.

Xera is my second identity. Noone knows about it, not even my best friends. I don't know why I don't like to tell people. It's not that I'm embarrased or anything. I just want to keep this treasure to myself, I guess. Plus, I always wanted to have an alter-ego. I love being Clark Kent.

I often meet people in the library who wear SP t-shirts. I'm a little bit nicer to them than my other customers. They get the special treatment. They have no idea why, but I do. Heh heh heh.

xera.
