The 4th release after Hendrix's death, War Heroes is a collection of B-sides, jams, and leftovers. I wasn't a big fan of this CD when I first got it, but I grew to like it more and more with each listen.
Plus with each Alan Douglas release, all the older stuff started looking much better. A lot of this has started coming out on the new Experience Hendrix releases, though some in alternate mixes.
Another piece of the Hendrix musical puzzle, and worth picking up if you see it.
