A few years ago, Alan Douglas put out a series of CDs for a music learning company. There were 6 in total, and I have 3 of them. With the exception of the Red House CD, all were made up of short sections of songs, meant to show various effects that Hendrix used in making his music.
An interesting concept, but would you want to listen to 17 seconds of Voodoo Child, followed by 14 seconds of Spanish Castle Magic, followed by...get the idea? Anyway, this CD contains brief clips of Jimi using fuzz, feedback and wah wah effects. Hence the title. Clever huh? :)
It's broken down into the three sections, with clips ranging from 12 seconds to just over 3 minutes per track. No complete songs on the CD. I'm not gonna do the track listing for this, not worth the effort. Or your money for that matter.
