These aren't places I really go to much at all, but a lot of other ppl do... When I mention clubs I mean activity clubs, like the Rugby club, British club, Country club, Bapco club or anywhere else you can go to meet ppl and do stuff like play sports or bowling or billiards or whatever... It is nice to go to these for a change...

There are a few clubs specialised for stuff like billiards, such as the "golden triangle" behind exhibiton road and the billard club in Al-Ahli club... They're usually pretty busy and can give ya a good time if ya go with a bunch of people.
