In general are credit unions the better choice, especially if you come from another country without a credit history.

Banking / Credit Unions:
Technology Credit Union offers all variety of services.
Wellsfargo Bank offers everything including online banking.
 
Credit Cards:
American Express offers the credit cards.

Banken:
Im Lueneburger Raum kann ich "Die Sparkasse" empfehlen.
Die Deutsche Bank mag ganz gut sein, allerdings nicht empfehlenswert fuer den Otto Normal Verbraucher.
 
Software:
Viele Banken nutzen die Software StarMoney von StarFinanz fuers Online Banking.
