I have to say I agree with most of the things that you said about rap. I also agree with you that alot of good rock music not being played on Mtv. I opened up the guestbook to tell you about it and I I saw the link that asks if I checked out your band, wh
ch I hadn't. I decided I should take the time to check it out so I could give my opinion about it. When I did I checked out your wav files and listened to "Hate" and "Should I" which somewhat dissapointed me. Your band has a good sound, but it made a comp
ete hippocrate out of you. Your comments about rock not being about screaming in a microphone, which it usually isn't, were correct, but then your band is one of those bands that gives rock that reputation. Then your comments about not being able to under
tand rap lyrics was blown away by not being able to understand anything in "Hate" or any of the chorus in "Should I", a song that seemed to be in fashion of Nirvana, written and played well, until the chorus. I found that to be dissapointing. I know that
t is easier to criticize than praise, but I just suggest that you follow your own rules of what you don't like about rap and apply them to all music. For what it's worth, I really did enjoy the opening to "Should I", you just lost me at the chorus. Okay,
