This is a collection of lyrics by Sting, Andy Summers and Stewart Copeland. These guys kick ass. From the raunchy Fall Out of 1977 until the revised version of Don't Stand So Close To Me in 1986, The Police had captured, and inspired, the world's punk/new wave underdog following. They have revolutionized punk/new wave music by giving it a new flavour. We can still hear their influence in the 'alternative' music of today. Even as a solo astist, Sting has never failed to mesmerize fans, old and new alike, with his lyrical excellence and musical landscapes. This page is a tribute.
