This page consists of commericial live recordings and radio shows from 1978 to the present. Included are two very special interviews done by Dave Hlubek to Jim Ladd, one in 1978 and one in 1981. I believe I have all the radio shows but if you see one I dont have please email me (Scott) and let me know the details. Full credit given for any information used.

The second show is a VERY RARE and special Molly Hatchet show recorded at the Reading Festival in 1978 and broadcast by the BCC Rock Hour in 1979. Originally the show was sent to radio stations only on reel to reel but I am now aware that is was released overseas on LP. A man from Thailand wrote me and told me he had the LP version.

The third show is a rare recording of the KBFH featuring Molly Hatchet/38 Special. Other than the BBC show, this radio show is the hardest to find and a must have for fans of Danny Joe Brown and early Molly Hatchet. I have had many fans write to me about getting a copy of this show. I do know that a few on the Molly Hatchet mailing list have a tape of it.

The fifth show is the introduction of Jimmy Farrar to Molly Hatchet as the new lead singer. It is a Best of the Biscuit and can be found on the internet at places like the Old Hippie. It was also broadcast on the regular KBFH two months before.

The sixth show to the end of my list can be found around the internet. One warning: PLEASE make sure before you buy it that it is not counterfeit. Someone from Leeds England was copying Molly Hatchet and others and selling them on vinyl but the copy quality is very very poor.

One final note: I heard recently that I am misssing one KBFH from the 1983 season. I have never seeen or heard about it. It is not listed in any literature about Molly Hatchet KBFH recordings but someone who claims to have worked for KBFH emailed me and told me of the show. It was recorded in Chicago at Chicago Stadium.
