HAVE A DRINK ON ME...
PAY*OLA are
proud to announce that an exclusive Belfast bar has named a cocktail after them.
"CULPA", on Belfast's Dublin road (Where Chicago Pizza used to be), is
a bar based around the seven deadly sins - and on their cocktail menu in the
GREED section is a little beverage called "PAY*OLA". No - this is not
some coincidence (It's got our star and everything!), and yes - there is a
simple explanation for this (Which we can't be arsed going into - let's just say
we see it as recognition of a much loved local rock institution). Philip
attended the opening night of the bar oblivious to this great honour, and had
the surprise sprung on him by a member of staff. "I was deeply emotionally
moved" he stated "You can't do a finer thing for a man than name a
drink after his band".

So far only James and Philip have tried the brew - With James describing it as "Very refreshing" and Philip admitting it's "A bit gay". So now for marginally less/more than it would normally cost, you can taste PAY*OLA (We're thinking of donating a couple of pints of a "secret ingredient" to get sales moving). Below is the recipe for our very own cocktail, but to be honest if it was up to us it would have been equal measures Guinness, Bushmills whiskey, lighter fluid and H.P sauce in a plastic bucket. On fire.
