AND I LOVE HER
(Lennon-McCartney)
1964

It was generally assumed, although later denied, that Paul McCartney wrote
'And I Love Her" for his new girlfriend, actress Jane Asher. The recording
is a completely acoustic one, with Ringo playing percussion. Unusually,
given that it is an album track, this song is one of the most covered of all
Beatles songs, with around 400 versions recorded.
