Alice In Chains have never taken the easy route...From the beginning critics shoved them into the "grunge" genre, calling them dark, angry and bitter. Although they were from Seattle, Layne Staley's tales of drug abuse and personal tragedy, coupled with Jerry Cantrell's soulful guitar work and lyrics, set them apart from the other "grunge" bands of the time. What they had to say wasn't always pretty...but it WAS real and it always ROCKED your ass off! This is my site dedicated to LAYNE, JERRY, MIKE and SEAN. Who have opened my eyes in many ways, and made me think about life, love and human nature...ROCK ON BOYS!
