Have you seen this man? He is wanted on multiple counts of guitar grafitti and wearing pantyhose without a license. Be aware that he is a master of disquise...often dressing as a woman to avoid notice. He has been spotted at various bait and tackle shops around the country. Gun and ammunition shops are also frequent hang outs. Please approach with caution...although not suspected of being dangerous, he has been known to embed fish hooks into his face when cornered.
