Have you seen this man? He is wanted on multiple counts of being an intoxicated clown and "beating things with sticks".
He has been known to hang out around traveling
sideshows and circuses, taking on odd jobs such as
fire eating, lion taming and "clowning". The one
weakness he seems to have is an unusual fetish for
licking ferns...he is also prone to chewing with his
mouth open. He is most often seen wearing a "SPAM"
hat or clown costume. If you know of his
