During the last year Zachary Smith was together, I also played bass with The Difference, a trio with programmed percussion that included Nick Salcito (guitar & vocals); John "Jango" Landeau (guitar & vocals) and me. It was a very different band for me, focusing on nearly all modern material. We played at The Camelot, a British Pub in San Marcos, and Fogerty's in Escondido when I wasn't working with Zachary Smith. I liked this band a lot, but as with Zachary Smith, heart problems forced me to leave it. We never recorded and if there are pictures of us, Jango has them.
