 NoEmy pulled me to the bar. Once we both found a seat she put on a stern face.

"That blonde chick was pretty rude... to think you actually apologized to her" she stated. I rolled my eyez at her.

"What else was I supposed to do? Just walk away and make me look like the b*tch?" I asked seriously as the bartender took my order for a drink. NoEmy shrugged.

"At least you wouldn't have to take her sh*t" she said. I pondered over that and sighed. Thoughts of AJ flooded my mind again as the appropriate song came on, "Sexual" by Amber. I whispered the words over and over in my mind. The daquiri that I was sipping seemed to be quite interesting to me since I had no one else to pay attention to.

NoEmy found a really handsome guy to dance with and I wished like hell that he had a friend to dance with me. But unfortunately the guy came to the club alone.

"Hey girl!! CaSarra?" I awoke from my trance and looked over at NoEmy who had a worried expression on her face. I put on a forceful smile.

"Hey! Back so soon?" I grinned. NoEmy frowned even more. She knew I was covering something up. I hate it when she reads me like that.

"You have something on your mind C?" she asked truly concerned. I smiled more naturally.

"Nah.. I'm cool. Just tired I guess....." I trailed off while looking around the club.

"Yeah.. well maybe I should take you back home.." she started while pulling me up from the bar booth. I slightly shook my head.

"It's ok.. you can go and have some more fun. I'll be fine" I responded. "I'm just gonna take a walk for awhile.... I'll be alright" I reassured her. NoEmy looked me over skeptically.

"You sure you'll be ok?" she pried one more time.

I nodded. "Yup.. I'll be A-O-K" I smiled at her. NoEmy finally agreed to let me go and said to call her if anything happens. I thanked her one last time for a good night out and searched my way through the dancefloor to the entrance........

~ AJ ~

 "...And she was like 'That is soooo cute'...." Beverely giggled. I was just sitting there and smiling, I hope she doesn't notice that I wasn't really paying any attention. After a couple of minutes of more blabbing, she finally excused herself to go to the bathroom. I sighed in relief and looked around the club solemnly. I spotted some of the guys at the booth and some dancing with a couple of girls. I laughed at Nick's funny expression when the girl he was dancing with wacked him with her hair while dancing, but then a shimmery light caught my eye. I looked harder and noticed that it was a dress... the same dress SHE was wearing. Nick smiled and held her back to say something. She hugged him and I caught a glimpse of her face.

"CaSarra....." I whispered to myself. I sat there shocked and dumbfounded.... how did she get to New York?

I watched on as she and Nick conversated for awhile, I didn't know Nick knew her. I got up quickly and realized that this was the only chance to really talk to her. I had trouble passing some people because of their dancing to a fast pace song. I finally reached Nick and looked around. Damn!! She was gone.........

 I treaded on and on through the dancefloor until someone caught my arm. I looked up in surprise to be greeted by Nick's smiling face.

"Hey girl!!! What's up?" he exclaimed and pulled me into a huge bear hug.

"Nuthin' much.. I just decided to get out of the house for a while to party..." I smiled. He nodded in comprehension and we chatted for awhile. I noticed his dancing partner getting impatient and I told him that I'll have to get going.

"Where ya going this time of night?" he asked looking me straight in the eyes. Oh lord.. another concerned soul.. hehehe.

"Just a walk.. ya know.. on the beach or somethin'" I grinned. He nodded and told me to call him tomorrow so we could do something. I quickly told him that we were on and made my way out the door.

I stepped outside to hear catcalls being called at me and some guys whistling. I shook my head and laughed. Men.. go figure right? I looked around and breathed in deeply while staring up at the dark sky. The moon shone brightly and the air was getting chilly. I shook out of my thoughts and hailed a cab.

"Where to ma'am?" the older man asked. I sat back and thought.

"Is there a nice beach around here maybe?" I asked while looking up at him in the rearview mirror. He nodded slightly and furried his eyebrowz.

"Yup.. I think der's one on Brook Avenue.... you should be able to catch a cab home there" he smiled. I grinned at his native New York accent.

"Thanks, I'll like to go there please" I answered him.

Once I felt the cab pull away from the curb, I closed my eyes and chuckled. "I should buy a beach house or something.. I spend too much damn time there... hehehe."

~ AJ ~

 I looked around more frantically and cursed to myself outloud. "Once again.." I said to myself. Once again.. she's gone. I noticed Nick was off the dancefloor also and spotted him at the table where the other guys were. I sighed and without even thinking of Beverely, I stalked back .

"Hey bone, wassup? Why'd you leave that cutie?" I heard Howie say as I slouched down in my seat. I shrugged and sighed heavily.

"Uh oh.. did she turn ya down Boner?" B-Rok laughed. I shot him a dirty look and continued to sulk. Am I ever gonna talk to her?

"You ok AJ? I mean.. you seem even more depressed then you were in Italy" Nick pointed out. I grinned at him.

"Yeah.. I'm alight... just got a lot on my mind I guess" I stated.

"You know what?" he started. I looked up from the bottle of beer that the waitress set down for me to him expectantly. "Maybe you should get out more... I mean like in daytime. I have this friend here in New York. She's really cool. I made plans to do something with her tommorow.. maybe you would wanna come" he finished while gulping down his cherry coke. I shook my head in decline.

"I don't wanna be a third wheel" I replied while sipping boredly at the beer.

"Nah you won't... it's just a friendly get together.. and who knows, you might even have a good time" he said while trying to convince me. I thought about it some more and finally gave in.

Maybe he's right.. I should go and meet new people. " Ok, I'll go.... where are we going anyway?" I asked. Nick shrugged.

"She said she'll call tomorrow and we'll make plans from there" he smiled. I nodded and sat back... waiting for the night to be over with.
