Nick was so surprised, that he jumped. AJ started walking towards him, and Nick was slowly backing away. But after about five seconds, Nick bumped into the corner. He looked down at his feet, then looked up.
"You're always playing those stupid mean jokes on me! Especially on me!" AJ said in hatred. "Like that time, you took all my clothes so I didn't have anything to wear!"
"Yo, listen man," Nick swallowed. "I play those jokes on everyone! I mean, you got back at me… remember? …Y-you threw me outta the dressing room in front of a bunch of girls…" Nick said.
He stared at Nick blankly, as he reached into his pocket. Nick was the first to see AJ pull out a pocketknife. "Hey Brian! Look!" AJ said, flipping the knife in his hand. Brian smiled uneasily. "This knife…" AJ pretended to cry. "…Is dedicated to the memory of Howie D." He said. Just then, Howie stepped through the door of the other train car. "Howie!" AJ said, throwing his hands into the air. He ordered Howie to help tie us to something, so we couldn't run. After about two minutes, only Christine wasn't tied to something. "Take her in there." AJ said, pointing in the direction of another train car.
"Sarah, help me!" Christine cried, reaching for my hand as Howie pulled. Both of Nick's arms were tied to the wall.
"You're not foolin' me this time." AJ told Nick.
Nick pulled at the ropes. "You're not gonna get away with this, AJ!" He yelled.
"Oh yeah? Well, I'm dead. I can make it so no one can see me!" He replied. AJ turned and started saying somethin to Brian.
I looked at Nick. He was playing with the ropes that were around his wrists. Then he whispered for me to keep AJ busy. I nodded. "Hey AJ…"
"What?!" AJ rolled his eyes, annoyed.
"Could you be a sweetheart and sing something for me? I just love your voice!" I lied. AJ started singing for me. I glanced at Nick out of the corner of my eye. He pulled on the rope and it came loose. Nick winked at me. I turned back to AJ. "Ew! Stop it! You're hurting my ears!" I whined.
AJ got so mad that as he walked into the car that Christine was in, he mumbled, "That's not all I'm gonna hurt!"
