Howie tied Christine's wrists to a couple of bars. Then he stood there for a second. "What're you looking at?!" Christine said, sourly. Howie laughed to himself then sat down in a corner and started eating popcorn. Then AJ walked in. He smiled as he walked over to Christine. "What do you want, AJ?" She yelled. "You," he answered. He turned to Howie and smiled. Howie gave him a smile. AJ put his arms around Christine's waist, and kissed her. "AJ!" She yelled. "Get away from me!" She tried to pull away from him, but the ropes were tied too tight. He kissed her again, and she stepped on his foot, hard. "Ow!" He yelled. "Leave me alone! I hate your guts!" Christine screamed. ~ Nick pulled at the rope, and it came off. Then he untied Brian and me. We opened the door that led out of the train. "Wait, what about Christine?" Brian asked, motioning towards the other car. "Leave'er," Nick said, reaching for my hand to help me out of the train. "If she stays, I stay." I said, knowing that Nick wouldn't leave me there. "C'mon!" Nick whined. I just stood there, looking at him. 'Fine!" He answered, rolling his eyes. ~ We watched from the skylight in the top of the train car. AJ kept kissing Christine and Christine had kicked him in the shin, and then in the stomach. "Hey! She's hurting him! That's funny! Ha ha!" Brian laughed. Nick and I both turned and looked at him. "What?" "Shut up," I said, pushing him. "Whoa, whoa!" He yelled, falling backwards onto the top of the train car. ~ "Maybe this time, we should make the knot a little tighter!" AJ said, tying the rope around Nick's wrist as tight as he could. "Ooooow!" Nick yelled. He turned to me, next to him. "None of this would've happened if we'd just left Christine here!" "What?!" Christine yelled. Brian, who was tied up next to Christine, leaned over and said, "he was gonna leave you here!" "Well no friggen duh!" Christine said, sarcastically. "Just…shut up!" AJ yelled. "I'm so sick of you guys! I'm not gonna wait anymore! I swear I could kill you all!" He yelled. Howie finished tying Brian's wrist to something. AJ walked over and untied Christine. She stomped on his foot and ran to the small bathroom, locking the door behind her. "Eh, she ain't goin nowhere." He looked back at us. "Nick, stop squirming… you're givin me a headache!" Nick was trying to tug at the rope around his wrists, and was making noises. I looked at his hands, and they were starting to turn blue! AJ got so annoyed, that he walked over and punched Nick into the stomach. Nick fell to the floor. "AJ! Stop!" I screamed. AJ rolled his eyes, pulled out his gun, and shot at me. I screamed as it hit the wall next to me. AJ walked over to the other side of the car, turned on a little television, and fell asleep. "Nick…" I whispered. "…Nick!" Nick opened his eyes and looked at me. "Ow… my stomach." I looked at Brian and saw the bathroom door open. Christine stuck her head out, "Is he gone?" she whispered. "No, he's sitting over there… he's asleep." Brian whispered, pointing to AJ. "Good," she said, coming out of the bathroom. She walked over and untied my wrists. I kneeled down next to Nick and brushed the hair out of his eyes. I looked at him for a second, and he stared back at me, blankly. By the time I untied his wrists, Christine and Brian were standing behind me. I stood up and helped Nick up. Then we quietly walked over to the door leading into the other car. "Don't worry," Christine said softly. "When AJ sleeps, he's gone… we're talkin dead to the world!" Brian stopped and said, "…How would you know?" He raised an eyebrow. "That's not important right now." Nick said. We reached the other car and quickly ran outside and down the subway tunnel. ~ Howie snorted as he woke up. He blinked a couple of times before he realized that we had escaped. "AJ! AJ! Wake up!" Howie yelled, shaking AJ's shoulders. AJ opened one eye, "Howie, go away I'm trying to sleep." Howie just sat there for a minute and then he said, "They're gone!" AJ sat straight up in his chair and looked at the empty room. ~ We were still walking. Brian and Christine were walking in front of Nick and me. Brian turned to Christine and smiled. "How did you know how AJ sleeps?" "Well… Sarah told me." Christine answered. Everyone stopped. Nick turned to me. "How would you know?" He had a hurt look on his face. "Because… when him and Christine were still going out, I was waiting for you at your house, and AJ was sleeping on the couch. And Howie accidentally sat on him. AJ didn't move or even make a noise." I answered, smiling. "Oh," Nick said, feeling stupid. We started walking again. Nick put his arm around my waist and kissed me on the cheek. "What the…?" Christine said, stopping. From ahead in the tunnel, we could see two beams of light! Brian stood against the wall and Nick pulled me off the tracks. Christine was so shocked, that she couldn't move. Brian turned and saw her, still standing there.
