Being the First of Two Cats

Living with humans is bad enough as it is. They're so dumb! It took me years of training them before they realized that they were only allowed to pet me for one minute each day, andI would tell them when that minute began if they didn't want their hands bitten off! I was the queen of the household until that horrid little human kitten met that brat, Lucy. I think Caity's being allowed to bring Lucy home is evidence that she must be a bit spoiledd for being the only kitten in the human family. But bringing home Lucy was going too far.
I'm a fair, understanding cat. I used to be playful and kittenish, and very sweet. Once a human had the nerve to pick me up and I merely covered their arms with scars. A real monster would've aimed for their face. But when Lucy came, the stress did me in. Imagine me, an adult queen of three years at the time, just minding my own business, when an obnoxious little baby kit comes on the scene, bringing chaos with her! No longer was Izzy the empress, now all talk was about "the kitten," "the new kitty," or "the baby". It was sickening. They didn't even name her for three days. And to make matters worse, they expect me to tolerate this-- this thing!
I mean, come on, this kitten wanted to do nothing but play! She was always batting at my tail, pouncing on me; well, I taught her. Today one hiss from my mouth and she takes off running. My goal is to drive her to the point where she outdoes Thunder as the "World's Most Skittish Cat".
Bringing home a second cat is the worse thing a human can do, and they can do a lot of pretty bad things! Sure, Sunny will tell you how close he and Thunder are, and how proud he is to be Thunder's guardian, but you can't listen to Sunny on matters like this. Take it from me, if you bring another cat into my household, I will personally make you and the new cat wish you had never been born!
