* 1 star - Very rare! This is for sites that completely deserve it! Like sites that only say shout outs or have nothing on them but hi i hope you like my site! sign the guestbook. and that's all. OR IF UR SITE HAS OFTEN USED CURSING U WILL SURELY GET THIS!
** 2 stars - I don't give this one out much either. This is for website that only have a little bit to do and the color clash. If the site I rate is completely SLOPPY or unorganized it might get a 2.
*** 3 stars - I will give this one out. This is for good sites that use some CSS and a lil html and have some stuff to keep a visitor busy for a few minutes! It's organized some how and is updated regularly.
**** 4 stars - This is for websites that have some really great content! It's organized and/or has layouts. It uses CSS (optional) and HTML. You can tell they have put alot of effort and time into it!
***** 5 stars - 5 stars is for really awesome websites! Their website is orginal and creative! It's so well put together you can hardly stand it! They update all the time and have so much to do it's unreal!
