2003 Entry - Adjudication Form


Please note that all entries are to be mailed in to:
The Sunshine Coast Festival of the Performing Arts,
P.O. Box 1043, Sechelt, B.C., V0N 3A0.

We cannot accept hand delivered entries.

You may photo copy as many Entry Forms as you require.

Entries must be accompanied by the stated class fees to be covered by one money order or cheque payable to: The Sunshine Coast Festival of the Performing Arts. 

Programmes may be purchased at Coast Books, (lower Gibsons), Sew Much More, (upper Gibsons), Books and Stuff in the Trail Bay Mall, (Sechelt), and Sunny’s Hair Boutique, (Madeira Park).

Entries must be postmarked no later than:

Midnight, January 24, 2003.

Please refer to the rules and procedures in this syllabus before submitting entries. Remember that teachers are responsible for entering selections in the correct class.
