From
St. Clairsville:
Take
I-70 east toward WV and PA to Wheeling where you will pick
up WV Route 2, north bound.
From
Moundsville and Wheeling
Go
north on WV Route 2. towards Wellsburg.
After
passing through Wellsburg look for the "BIG WHEEL'
building to your right at the corner of Route 2 and Bruin
Drive.
