Profile:

Victor captured five wickets in his first-class debut but this designated tail ender failed to achieve anything solid with his bat. His bowling spells can lapse into a series of uncontrolled wides and no-balls but when on target, have the potential to consistently fool batsmen because of the production of an occasional delivery that is pitched accurately. Certainly luck plays a large part in this 'noodle' style bowling method. As a result, 'Duck's bowling is generally expensive but can still be dangerously utilised by the very best team captains. Victor's refusal to ever bare his legs with shorts means his fielding is notoriously suspect and many bowlers do not appreciate his lack of expertise at either of the shorter off-side and leg-side positions and absolutely loathe his tendency to not only drop simple outfield catches, but allow them to run for boundaries. His tendency to fumble and unnecessarily throw the ball when eventually fielded opens the door for quicker batsmen to accumulate many additional singles.
